(1,999 posts)Are there any shows or movies that you would recommend to offset the lack of realism of Mad Men?
All I know about advertising is what I saw of Darrin Stevens and Larry Tate at the office and my own perception about advertising as it pertains to the tobacco industry and big pharma, i.e., somewhat evil, so I'm open to suggestions.

It's revived the "Martini Era" for the youngest...I think it means there's something there in it that has caught on with a generation far removed from the time. So...I feel I need to watch a least a couple more episodes to see if it seems to be more than the first one.
