Avatar Way of the Water .....Snoozer for me.

I watched it last night and fell asleep halfway thru...never saw the ending ..
. It was hard to identify the characters. .almost at cartoon level...The story was predictable and just boring...Since I fell asleep I don't imagine I missed anything.

What say you?

James Cameron took his time making this film series and it shows.

With all the seriousness taking place in our lives, an escape for a few hours does things good. Which is why for me, movies, Sci-Fi conventions, and Renaissance Festivals are a great escape into another world where history and fantasy come alive.

I rarely watch cartoons....this movie had minimal human characters for me....that maybe the problem for me....as I just struggled to identify who is who...

It had well developed characters and an interesting story line. The second lacked both.

What loss of good money for good entertainment....

That said....box office pulled in:

Budget $350–460 million[2][3]
Box office $2.320 billion[4][5]

So, what do I know....hahahaha

After two hours of 1 dimensional bad guys, I realized that there was still another hour plus to go. I went to bed instead. Much better choice.
