It's more Frankenstein than it is anything as he finds out what it is to be human. And it's a mystery.
It's funny. Though clearly right in my wheelhouse of humor.

(47,837 posts)Been Alan Tudyk fans for some time, and the supporting cast is a good collection of eccentric characters. The tone reminds me a bit of Northern Exposurewith an alien, of course.

(5,993 posts)It is a bit of a trope in the "fish-out-of-water" style of comedy. But Alan Tudyk is so much fun in it. He is delightfully weird on a good day so he really chews up the scenery on this.

About an Alien from another planet who crashes to Earth in a fictional Colorado town resembling Estes Park, assumes a human form, and all the cute distractions that get in the way of his mission.
It's worth it. Alan Tudyk(A Knight's Tale) is a joy to watch. The show is quite funny too.
And it's worth watching. Funny and inventive. Well done, too.

Its pretty damn funny. Not necessarily laugh out loud funny but funny. Pretty entertaining.
