Recently added BritBox
I've been debating adding BritBox for some time, and fell for the discount they recently offered.
I had to binge watch the entire season of Riot Women a couple of days ago. I just could not stop. Loved it. I was pleased to see it didn't take long for it to be green lit for a second season and it's already in production. It might even be out later this year.
Last night I watched a documentary about Jane Austen (Jane Austen: Rise of a Genius). It was fascinating. Not having studied English literature in college, I was unaware of how the Brits see her work as a dividing point in fiction: Before and After Austen. Turns out I had recently checked Pride and Prejudice out of the library to reread. I can't remember when I originally read it? Maybe high school? It's risen to the top of my reading stack now.

(22,132 posts)The Cleaner is fun. Cop shows are great.
In my opinion so many of their shows are better. The dialogue and writing are so good. The Irish shows often deal with the aftermath of the troubles.
