Why is it that every change Netflix makes, makes it crappier?

Now, when you click on Netflix, not only does it suggest a show, it starts playing the preview! Is that annoying or what? And a friend said, it then starts playing the show! WTF!

I agree on Netflix - we switch to streaming to catch up on a few things (we've watched most if not all of what we want - we are picky) - then switch to DVDs - one at a time - to catch new releases. About a third of the discs end up cracked. And it takes longer to do the switch.

We use Roku for Amazon Prime and PBS Passport - now that is a terrible App (the Passport App - just horrendous!)
