Netflix streaming issues

We've been having a lot of issues of late when it comes to Netflix.
Whenever we go to watch it, it takes forever to load a show and when it finally does, it will buffer, stop & start and generally be unwatchable.
We use only streaming apps through our smart TV such as Hulu, YouTube, HBO and Prime. All those services load and play just fine.
We've done troubleshooting with Netflix and our service provider Xfinity as well as Samsung. Each blames the other.
We've rebooted our Network several times, reset our tv apps, and done any and everything we can find.
So I'm curious if anyone has this issue and might have a solution?
Xfinity is sending someone out first of the week, but it doesn't make sense to me that everything else streams with no issues aside from Netflix.
Thanks in advance!

When you go to Netflix and it says it is having trouble loading video, go to the Google Play app.

Click that, type in Netflix.

Netflix will pop up. Click CONTINUE or ACCEPT where it asks for any payment if you are already a member subscriber.

Click Unistall (Netflix will uninstall)

Then click UPDATE (Netflix then will reinstall)

Once Netflix has reinstalled, click OPEN

You will be redirected to Log In with your email or phone number, then password

Then you will see Who Is Watching, click where you see your name.

You are ready to enjoy shows. Apparently Netflix has been having hacking issues and are taking precautions. Nothing personal, just annoying.

Netflix works fine on our desktop and laptop as well as my smart phone.
We did reinstall the smart hub app a couple of times to no avail

...The problem we've been having intermittently is that while the program is playing, it will start to "drag" or "stutter". We can usually remedy this by either pausing play for 30-60 seconds before resuming or by rewinding for a few seconds. Like you, we rebooted, reset, and everything else and like you, all of our other streaming services generally work just fine (except for one night when Amazon refused to load an episode of "Goliath" on one of our televisions even though it loaded perfectly on another).

I wish I could be of more help but I can tell you that calling Netflix was useless; they offered no solution other than to suggest what you've already done.

So in the end, it turns out it was xfinity and the new modem we got a few weeks earlier.
When upgraded our service & speed about a month ago, and were told to go down to a store and swap our current modem for the new one.
As I was picking it up, I asked the counter person if there was anything i needed to do besides plugging it in.
He said just download the app and activate it and you're good to go.
Great!
So I did that, and everything was running great, we noticed faster speeds and all was going well.
lash forward to our issues, and the blame game, when my wife called xfinity about the issues they said that they would send a tech out.
He was here this morning, on time! and proceeded to replace some cables, fiddled with the box outside our house and also the lines on the pole.
He replaced the new modem with another new modem(both the same type) and presto...Netflix loads instantly...everything loads instantly.
Hulu, Prime, youtube all were loading and playing fine the whole time, but now...it's all going great.
So despite my logic of it's one interweb tube and should accommodate all services equally, the modem, and xfinity were not performing to the expected standard.
So back in business, back to the new season of Ozark!

You mention that you have a Samsung TV or DVR, I would start by switching out another unit to determine if that is the problem. If you are getting Prime, you should get Netflix without issues.
