Netflix took away the comment section on my account - how about you?
After the first of this year the comments section on my streaming account went away to be replaced by a large "more titles like this" queue. i called netflix twice and could not get an answer as to why I no longer had comments. Third call was a charm, as they told me netflix experiments with certain features and picks a block of "lucky" customers to try the new features on. And get this, they don't tell you they're doing this, they wait until there is feedback to make any decisions.
So, no one asked me if i liked or disliked the comments feature, they took it away in a test. After being told that I did complain and was told there was nothing they could do to give me the comments back, the "test' had to run it's course of approximately 3 month.
I really like the comments feature on netflix and consider it one of the major benefits of the service. Without comments, i might as well look for another streaming service.
How about you, do you like the comments section? Would you be upset if they took it away?
