I had the strongest urge to have a vodka & tonic this evening!

It was a super hot day here in Detroit. And I thought back to my drinking days, when I'd mix up a really strong V & T. So for the first time since I got clean 6 years ago, I poured myself a tonic water on ice! It actually was pretty refreshing! I don't know why I've never had a tonic water before!
Who needs booze?!?!

I used to drink a lot of beer back in the day. So now I keep some NA beers in the fridge. I'll drink maybe one every couple months. So it's not a slippery slope for me.
