Netflix documentary "Unrest" just blew my mind. I had no idea how many people

suffered so terribly from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Nor had I any idea how bad it can get. There were people who literally could not talk anymore.

They also showed how much money went to diseases like AIDS and cancer and how little went to Chronic Fatigue.

Also, does anyone know how to chose a charity for this????? I guess I am suspicious so I usually go through Charity Navigator but not one of the charities that they list are ranked? Here is the list for them. I really would like to make a donation especially now since I have just watched how little money is allocated toward studying it.

People have lost employment, homes, families.

Early on it was 'academic' to be even spoken about said my doc then in 1986. Now it's a reality. They wanted to give you antidepressants bc they said it was 'in your head'. I refused. Was diagnosed as having evidence of Epstein-Barr antibodies.

I've never heard of the documentary, Unrest. I'll definitely give it a watch.

I have Fibromyalgia which "is a disorder characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain accompanied by fatigue, sleep, memory and mood issues. Researchers believe that fibromyalgia amplifies painful sensations by affecting the way your brain and spinal cord process painful and nonpainful signals." (Mayo Clinic website, 1998-current). My understanding is that some research is being done to see the connections between CFS and Fibromyalgia (but I'm not sure about that).

I am so grateful for having discovered Kratom, (Kratom is a tropical tree -Mitragyna speciosa- native to Southeast Asia). I take six capsules in the morning and six in the afternoon. It's been a miracle for me.
