Related: About this forumOur older son is now a Guinness World Record holder in a fitness achievement.
Our older son, Greg, is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS). He has just been notified that he is now the Guinness record holder for a maneuver known as the Nordic hamstring curl. His accomplishment was featured on a local news story in Phoenix. He trained for this for about a year. It looks damn near impossible to me.

Greg is passionate about fitness and injury rehabilitation. He has a website called Never Past Your Prime, for anyone who might be interested. He writes a regular article/blog about a wide variety of fitness related topics, and, if you appreciate skillful wordsmithing, you'll enjoy his musings.
