The anxiety/procrastination cycle jumped out at me

Please note I am not recommending this website, I realized how my anxiety freezes me in place, so I do not do what needs/should be done.
I thought it might be useful for other DUers with anxiety issues.

And the thing is, when I DO get things done that need to be done, in a timely manner, I feel so good.

I think the problem is there is so much that needs doing, I just feel overwhelmed and shut down.

If only the people who always promise to pitch in and help would do so. And if only I didn't worry about people starting to view me as a burden for asking for help. BIG anxiety trigger.

I spend more time making myself miserable about things I ought to do but don't than it would take to actually do them.
