I just ate a cup of broccoli slaw. You

buy it already chopped up. It has a bit of carrot and cabbage in it too. No salad dressing. I really like it. Each handfull tasted a bit different. I could get used to this. I'll let you all know if eating this helps me lose weight.

1. I love keeping that stuff on hand

for slaw, filler/veggies for a wrap sandwich, homemade soups, throw in a hot pan w/ cooking spray quick stir-fry, etc
