I managed to gain only one pound over Christmas and New Years, and it is now gone. Thanksgiving was a lot tougher, but that weight was gone fairly quickly. Now I'm stuck at a plateau. But I think that is just a matter of ramping the exercise back up. I also slacked on exercise over the holidays.

I don't want the sweet stuff. Can't even stand the thought of it. I'm back to work now and yesterday a vendor delivered this giant tray of chocolate truffles. I admired them, went on my way, and never thought of them again--before the bypass I would have had one and obsessed about them for the rest of the day.

Down 32 pounds since the beginning of December

I really like good chocolate so I'd probably not have walked away from the truffles. I never used to like chocolate or anything sweet prior to the BPD/DS but now I can enjoy those things and not have to worry about gaining the weight! What a blessing!

I'm down another 11 lbs because of flu so I'm working at trying to regain a bit of that back again.

I started at 302 and this morning was 135.

Good to see you posting again spinbaby!

Anyway, you can eat what you wish with herbal weight loss medications. They mostly don't harm the health and you loose the additional weight. Of course, you should consult a medical specialist before taking ones as each person has own health peculiarities. Their names for example: ViproSlim (Herbal Phentermine), Slimfast and etc... Moreover, you can get one online sitting in a comfortable armchair (as I did).

Meantime, it is important not to loose wait very fast as it can harm your health. As a result you will have problems in private life and at work. 135 and 302 is a big difference. What period did you loose them for?
