I like the WW recipes at this blog called....

LaaLoosh. Take a look at these Buffalo Cauliflower Bites..

Here's the ingredients:
•1 medium sized head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
•1/2 cup liquid egg substitute (like EggBeaters)
•1/2 cup all-purpose whole wheat flour
•1 tbsp garlic powder
•1 tbsp onion powder
•2/3 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
•1 tbsp light butter

Instructions are here: http://www.laaloosh.com/2013/01/22/buffalo-cauliflower-bites/

Make sure to look around the site, they have some great recipe ideas!

Anyone else have some other (good for our diets) recipe websites you'd like to recommend?

but here's a pretty good recipe for blue cheese salad dressing that I also use as a dip:

Ingredients

1/3 C buttermilk

1/3 C fat-free sour cream

1/4 C blue cheese (crumbled)

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp pepper

I gently pulse together all ingredients in a food processor.

Use Greek yogurt instead. Turns out the same and only one thing to buy instead of two. Greek yogurt with ranch dip mix is good, too.
