Ingredients
2 packages of Ramen Noodles (using the flavoring packets is optional)
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. corn starch
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce
Directions
Cook noodles as per directions
While noodles are cooking, make the sauce-in a small bowl - add the soy sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, and Sriracha sauce; mix well and set aside.
Drain the noodles, put back in pot and mix very well the sauce with the noodles
Serve
I've had this recipe in my folder for a while and tried it out for the 1st time for lunch today. It's quite good!

(3,414 posts)Best ramen on the planet! I buy these at my local Asian grocery store for $12 per 30 pack. The only thing I would add to your recipe would be about 1/2 tsp sesame oil for a richer flavor. Also, try adding about 3/4 cup frozen peas and carrots when you add the noodles to the boiling water. They cook in the 3 minutes it takes to cook the noodles.
Also, did you know you can buy sweet soy sauce with the sugar already added? Here's what I buy at my local store, for $2.29 per bottle:
