Angel hair pasta in cream-herb sauce. Cream, chicken broth, basil, oregano, lots of garlic, and a small red onion.

I'm making another Greek salad like the one I had yesterday. It was so good.

Dessert: slice of banana nut bread and Earl Grey tea.

1. Burgers

Potato salad and corn on the cob. It’s a nice warm almost summer like day, so why not?

2. Shrimp stir fry, Chardonnay

3. Spinach & Mozzarella deep dish pizza

cold decafe tea.
There is a breakfast portion for sure.

4. Creamy Tomato Crawfish Pasta

It was in the latest issue of Louisiana Cookin' magazine. Found it online also, https://www.louisianacookin.com/creamy-tomato-crawfish-pasta/

I don't know when the website version was published, but the magazine updated it. Penne instead of angel hair, 14.5 can diced fire-roasted tomatoes instead of a big can of maters, 1C heavy cream instead of the creme fraiche, red & green bell instead of the fresno, omit the vermouth, add celery and 50% more crawfish tail meat. That's a lot of changes, they really should have given the magazine version a different name. They both look good.

sour cream.

raspberry chocolate squares for dessert (made from the Betty Crocker cook book)

8. Leftover stewed chicken

Reheated in a skillet and drizzled with fresh lemon juice. Then garnished with ground pepper and garlic salt. Side dishes were van camps pork n beans and Utz salt & vinegar chips. RC Cola to drink.
Dessert - cherry jello with sliced bananas and Archway iced oatmeal cookies.
Not a real healthy meal but it was tasty.
