What's for Dinner, Fri., April 30, 2021

Calzones. Have the usual salami, ham, mozzarella, parmesan filling. I didn't make them, I bought them because I had a feeling I should have some backup easy stuff in the house. Well, sure enough the brake line on my car developed a leak and I have no brakes so I can't go anywhere.

Cucumber salad with sour cream, Ranch dressing, scallions, and chopped mint.

Big cold glass of Earl Grey tea with half 'n half.

Dessert: slice of Brioche with chocolate chips.

I made a Tajin like spice mix with less salt and put it and the patted dry chicken breasts in a bag, shook them and they are baking. Basmati rice and a cucumber salad on the side. Cold decafe.

It's a work night for TJ so FLFC and I will party tonight. We might stay up late until ten maybe.

FLFC had some tender beef chunks from the stew, but seemed less than enthused and ignored most of it. He then had some dog food chunks, some beggin strips, chicken temptations, beef temptations and a lick of peanut butter.
