Cold chef's salad using glazed tofu. Caesar salad dressing.

A Tyler Florence recipe I've made several times. It's delicious, I can never decide if I like that recipe better or the recipe from Emeril.

2. how did you glaze the tofu? Baked? Air Fried?

I finished the fruit salad and had a tuna sandwich, cold decafe tea

3. Ribs

Pork back ribs slow baked with BBQ sauce coating
Baked sweet potato
Mixed veggies from the freezer. Broccoli, carrots, bell pepper ...

FLFC is sleeping off his earlier meal of leftovers, so he missed out on the ribs. I believe he had cheeseburger, pulled pork, hot dog, and treats.
