Posting early due to working late.Pasta salad with fresh garden peas, scallion, cheddar cheese, chopped crispy bacon. The pasta cut I used looks like a seashell. Can't remember the name. The dressing is the just the usual, but I'm making it very light. Mayo based with cider vinegar, worcestershire, etc.
One or two of the stuffed peppers I made a couple nights ago.
Pineapple peach kombucha.
Dessert: dark chocolate with sea salt.

(7,911 posts)1. I just discovered how perfect a baked potato can be in the air fryer.
So it's going to be baked potato with who knows what kind of delicious toppings.
40 minutes at 400 degrees makes the most perfect baked potato I ever made.
