1. Coffee and cream now

Blueberry pancakes later.

2. Smoothie

Coffee first, natch

Then a blender smoothie.... 4 oz.low-sodium V8 juice and a ripe avocado.

3. egg scramble w/ sausage

melted cheese on top, salsa on the side

4. unripened cantalope

Yeah, unfortunately I cut into this one before it was fully ripened.

Oh well, that's the last of it and I have two others that are getting ripe.

Greek yogurt, lemon flavored.

Later on I'm thinking I'll have a "bagel skinny" with cream cheese and smoked salmon. Of course red onion and cherry tomatoes.
