Coffee so far

My last Whole Wheat English muffin with cream cheese.
I have some blueberries to eat too.

FLFC has eaten some BBQ steak and retired back to the couch.

over-easy egg w/ melted cheese and a spoon of salsa
3 slices low-sodium bacon
1 slice 12-grain toast

4. day 2 after storm

scrambled egg and ham in a pita half.

had to relight the pilot on the water this a.m. because the fans drying out the basement blew it out. It's a tricky job; glad I wasn't the one to have to do it.

5. Glad you were able to do it; I have to wait for landlord neighbor, when pilot goes out here;

it didn't. (Neither did basement flood; don't know why.)

Got 1/2 Honey-baked ham (on sale,) so likely I'll do it with egg soon, and cheese; gifting most to daughter who has 2 kids + husb to feed.

7. I am having yogurt again. Chobani pineapple yogurt with one chopped raspberry, blackberry,

strawberry, five little blueberries; granola on top. I am also having a small banana. Should you think that is too healthy, I’m also having a danish with cream cheese. Yes, there is room for coffee and cream.
