We made a stew with beef ribs, cubed potatoes, chopped onions and seasoning. Before serving, I’ll grill the ribs for 15-20 minutes to char them.

As an accompaniment, we’ll have a salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, sliced red onion and corn topped with olive oil and Balsamic vinegar. Fresh French bread and butter on the side.

Dark chocolate and red wine for dessert.

Chops were seasoned and baked
Stewed apple
Baked cabbage

FLFC had various leftover meats and some raw apple and watermelon. He just came back and barked at my empty chair. Some fake bacon treats were in order.
