Coffee first.

Bacon eggs pancakes here

2. Potatoes, egg, ham

and chocolate iced cream-filled donut. Loaded with carbs to meet the day.

3. Mushroom omelet and toast. Coffee is a given.

4. Coffee and cream

Sausage biscuits with applesauce.

5. Herring in sour cream with an everything bagel

Black coffee

6. My mom loves that combo, she has called it the breakfast of champions.

7. Whew, finally cooler in NJ

Cherry Greek yogurt.

A couple Belvita cranberry orange breakfast biscuits.

Cashews.

Spicy sweet Good Earth tea.

Now, a question. Yesterday I picked up a package of chicory herbal coffee. This flavor is "vanilla nut." It says on the package:

coffee free
acid free
caffeine free
prebiotic

Has anyone tried chicory coffee? And if so, did it really taste like coffee?

8. I am a long time devotee of Cafe DuMonde Chicory and coffee.

I have not had a chicory only hot beverage.
If you do not like it as a solo ingredient, you can always blend it with a favorite coffee.
( with that I now want a cup of coffee)

thanks, IB. For that and your suggestion of blending it.

I always think of you when I take tea out of a microplastic-laden tea bag and brew the tea loose. I hadn't thought about doing that.

Fortunately my fave tea has no microplastics, but I do have many other teas I enjoy that I would have thrown out had it not been for your tip.
