But I think I would have enjoyed what you guys had better.

My dinner was good, but I don't enjoy cooked food as much as I once did.

Did have half an avocado earlier today in a spinach tortilla.

I could eat beans/legumes every night and avocadoes too. Too bad avocado trees won't grow in PA.

My friend is coming in from out-of-town, and we were planning to meet up tonight, if he gets in at a reasonable time. If not, I'll probably have Kashi frozen meal.

And now I don't want to delete it because it's funnier than hell.

So I might just decide to add all my posts from this forum to my journal.

Anyway, back to the question....

I will be eating pulled pork for a looooooong time - I was afraid it would rain on friday so I wanted something I could do in the pressure cooker. I filled the 26qt cooker about 2/3 or more with pork roasts. I never did pulled pork before, I didn't realize it would expand so much once it was pulled!

I have had pulled pork for breakfast, lunch and dinner 2 days straight now, with a side of spicy peanut eggplant stew. When that gets boring, I mix them together.
