Buffalo Chicken Cauliflower Pizza.
Made with cauliflower rice, egg, shredded mozzarella, Buffalo sauce, chicken and blue cheese. Celery sticks on the side for crunch.
Romaine and arugula salad.
Berry nirvana kombucha.
Dessert: Pumpkin roll with decaf coffee.
Flounder stuffed with bay scallops, bread crumbs and tiny slices of celery. Baked with lemon and dill sauce. Roasted mini potatoes coated with olive oil and cooked with onions, Rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Large green salad with a raspberry vinaigrette. Vanilla ice cream.

Worst of all there were no donuts at the store today. I did wind up with 7 pounds of quinoa, instant cold oatmeal. Wallie's removed the price check scanners. I think the shelf prices and checkout prices are too often a mismatch. And there is the paradox: quart of vinegar, $1.60. Half gallon of vinegar, $1.53. Hmmm.

and there's a couple of brownies left over if we want something sweet.
Today was our Aldi/Market Basket shop. Shopping is truly exhausting. (I think I've said that before.)
I am happy with the food we purchased though. I think we'll eat pretty well this month.
