how's this sound: flatbread with shredded mozzarella, melted. Then on top of that, an herby egg, like a crepe topping (fresh oregano). A thin slice of ham, a few roasted shishitos, sliced tomatoes, and a little olive oil.

Vanilla nut chicory coffee.

Maybe later some raspberries.
