Two pork cutlets. The cutlets are breaded and have gravy over them and are topped with fresh apple slices.

Beet "sauerkraut."

Fresh loaf of rye bread with various spreads, including corn relish, pates, and smoked meats. Also Agvar. Stuffed peppers.

I picked up the RG at the airport and we bought all of the above at the Polish deli.

Got a knee replacement yesterday and I’m going home tomorrow

I ordered a Caesar salad, hot turkey platter with mashed potatoes and vanilla ice cream.

Pain killers for dessert!

2. Celery, avocado, pear and old cheddar salad with Stubbs Chicken

Rub chicken thighs. Blue cheese dressing on the salad.

3. Asparagus and broccoli. That's it.

I had a big breakfast, a big lunch including pizza, and ran out of donuts, which seem to be the catalyst for consumption of everything.

I bet I have oatmeal or oatmeal cookies later though.

After the JMU vs UVA women's basketball game. Go Dukes! (Spousal unit is a UVA alum but never roots for their athletic teams as a matter of principle.)
