What's for Dinner, Thurs., Nov. 11, 2021

Roasted beet, chevre, and Boston lettuce salad with vinaigrette and toasted walnuts.

Pinto beans with slow-cooked pork. The dish is mostly beans; the pork is flavoring. Topped with chopped sage. The RG also put one of my red peppers from the garden in it so it was a little spicy.

Rye bread and crackers with agvar.

Chocolates and coffee for dessert.

Had to shop today (something I rarely do,) but need Hanukkah candles, and the usual, Hallmark, didn't have them, so went to Target, and surprisingly spotted Terry's Dark Chocolate oranges! That's for family AND me.

On the way home, picked up 1/2 slab bbqd pork ribs AND baked beans, so that's DINNer; 1/2 choc orange for desert.
