Just now enjoying one of the best brownies I've ever eaten.

I bought it at my local "health food" store, which makes takeout items they call "Grab and Go." It's a zucchini brownie with chocolate chips sprinkled on top. So moist and utterly delicious!

I'm going to try to find a recipe online, as I doubt they would share their recipe (but I may ask them).

Simple list of ingredients, I just need to know the measurements and sequence of assembling them:

zucchini, sunflower oil, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla, sugar, all purpose flour, chocolate chips

And, I'm of the opinion that the brand of ingredients will make a difference in the flavor of the end product; in this case, most especially, the cocoa powder and chocolate chips. Probably brands they carry in the store....

Get it now because when they run out it won't be back until next fall. I usually pick up 2 or 3 bags because I use a lot of cocoa.

It is by far the best cocoa I have ever used (outside of really pricey imported brands) My husband could tell the difference - he knew something was different and he liked it.

What with supply chain issues, it may not be available but it is worth it to look.

Also Kirkland chocolate chips are very good.
