Pork cutlets, fried in butter. Gran Marnier and Triple Sec thickened in the pan with a little potato starch.

Creamed Yukon Golds using Devon cream.

Tossed green salad using baby arugula, peppers, onion, cucumber. I like to chop my tomatoes and put them in balsamic and olive oil with minced garlic and basil. Then I put it on top of the salad.

Dessert: chocolate chip brownie with creme fraiche and toasted walnuts.

To drink: cherry kombucha. The RG is having wine.

1. Feta tomato bake with zoodles.

2. Medium rare steak in chimichurri marinade.

Sautéed Brussels sprouts with feta and salted caramel ice cream later.

3. Nicoise Salad

Leftover salmon, new potatoes, green beans, pickled beets, boiled egg, olives and capers. Garlic vinaigrette dressing.

4. Fried butterfly shrimp

French fries, green salad with tomatoes and red onion, homemade chicken noodle soup. Not necessarily in that order!
