What's for Dinner, Tues., Dec. 7, 2021

Angel hair pasta with cilantro pesto, Buffalo mozzarella balls mixed in.

Zucchini-goat cheese salad with dill. Lemon vinaigrette. I spiralized the zucchini earlier today. Toasted pignolis sprinkled over the top.

Dessert: raspberries and Greek yogurt over a shortbread. Passion fruit tea.

Had a power outage overnight, not restored until around noon today. Kind of scrambled day.

There was some baked fish left over from the other night, so I made a fish/corn chowder with it.
