What's for Dinner, Wed., Dec. 8, 2021

Soup: Spiced carrot, leek, and lentil soup. I found this recipe in a recent newsletter from Washington Post. Crackers and Mexicali spread.

Tossed green salad with cucumbers, grape tomatoes, celery, and red onion.

Dessert: apple and cheddar cheese.
