What's for Dinner, Thurs., Dec. 9, 2021

Store-bought pizza (pepperoni) and a plain lettuce salad with avocado-cilantro dressing. I have a union zoom meeting, so no time for anything else.

Fresh raspberries later, though, along with some Greek yogurt for dessert.

p.s. at least I dressed up my pizza with some fresh basil leaves from my windowsill plant.

I buy a whole chicken and vivisect it, lasts for days. Lentils and veggies.
