Wraps. I made shrimp-tuna-egg salad with chopped celery, scallion, red onion, and red and yellow pepper. The tuna is spicy--it says "tuna filets with jalapeno oil" on the jar.
BBQ potato chips.
Later on this evening, a cup of the spiced leek, lentil, and carrot soup I made a few days ago. A little Greek yogurt goes in it, along with chopped cilantro.
Blueberry basil kombucha.

(22,037 posts)Driving back to NYC with a sandwich of roast beef, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and spicy brown mustard on a hero roll. Rippled potato chips and a Pepsi on the side. An Almond Joy bar will make the perfect traveling dessert!

(43,182 posts)My diet is very basic, but it is improved over 2 years ago. I gave up junk foods, except for ice cream 3x a year, and up to 24 donuts a week which is bad but I don't eat cake or cookies.
Tonight is turkey burger on an English muffin with bacon cheddar cheese, asparagus, scallions, collards (which I call co-LARDS), broccoli, kale. Dessert will likely be cold oatmeal, or apple.
