What's for Dinner, Wed., 12/22/21

Asian chicken cilantro dumplings with hoisin sauce. Topping is chopped scallion greens.

That's it, nothing else.

I had a routine eye exam and they gave me eye drops for some of the tests and everything's cloudy and the colors are off.

Made the soup Monday, served it today with bisquick drop biscuits. Hit decafe tea

Turns out I won't be seeing my granddaughter until next weekend (New Year) so I don't have to have her blanket finished for this weekend. So... no more mad-dash.

Already starting to feel some side effects from the booster I got this morning... feeling tired and a little achy. Glad I don't have to cook.
