Pizza with caramelized onion, red and yellow pepper and grape tomatoes. Mozzarella and pepperjack cheese.

1. Texas chili

My MIL made her “true” Texas chili. It’s really good and spicy. It’ll be topped with shredded jack cheese and chopped onions as well as jalapeño peppers. Coarse rolls and a small salad to balanced everything. Corona beers.

2. Total cheat meal.

Andouille and red rice. Made with deli pico de Gallo and leftover rice. Topped with cheese, of course. 😀

3. A pancake

All out of sorts, cold. Unfortunately the pancake looks like it's made from cardboard and the taste too. Oh well, as mom always said, you don't have to marry it, just eat it.

Oh, I figured it out. Forgot the baking powder. So it's heavy.
