Interesting article about coffee!

I buy my coffee from a local coffee shop who roasts the beans. And beans are from all over the world, fair trade too! Although I pay quite a bit more for the coffee, I figure I'm supporting a local business in addition to farmers from other countries. Right now I'm drinking coffee made with beans from Ethiopia. Delicious!

I have some Guatemalan in my cup right now and tonight I'll be roasting the Ethiopian for myself and some Columbian for a friend.

I only buy fair trade organic, so the green is a little more costly, but I still save money from when I was buying cups or bags of beans.

Thanks for the link to the article!
