home fries, ham, egg & cheese and salsa in a tortilla

You folks must think I'm boring... I have this for brekkie A LOT. It's just that it's easy. Except for the egg, everything gets done in the toaster oven.

In home grown tomato weather, I do A LOT of cottage cheese & tomato meals. My hands know the prep, I can make & eat it in minutes as my caffeine levels rise.

In colder weather, a double batch of lunch or dinner = breakfast of something I know I like & it heats quickly

Fast, hot, filling & healthy is for first meal for me.
