What's for Dinner, Thurs., Mar. 3, 2022

White turkey chili, using Martha Stewart's recipe. I have cannellinis in the slow cooker and they are about ready to join the rest of the ingredients.

Toasted corn muffins to go with it. A side dish of balsamic-soy roasted Brussels sprouts.

Dessert is vanilla Greek yogurt with cherries over the top and shortbread cookies to go with it. Decaf French roast, dark.

The Landlady(!) found this online because we opened a jar of salmon caviar last night. The label says it’ll go bad after about three days so we’ll be having it for tonight and tomorrow.

Mash up some avocados. Mix in some wasabi, a little soy sauce and a splash or two of your favorite hot sauce. In a large bowl, mix the mash with al dente spaghetti noodles then distribute to individual plates. Put a generous couple of dollops of the caviar on top of the pasta. Serve with toasted rolls and butter.
