Now my neighbor is doing it with the lemons I bring to her too. They have large extra freezers, I wish I did.

Great way to take advantage when lemons go "on sale". I've also frozen lemon juice.

(55,013 posts)4. a friend from a warmer part of the state just gave me two huge bags of lemons
got a gallon and a quart plus saved a few for the fridge...froze most in pint containers because my favorite way to use is for sparkling lemonade or sorbet. oh man, sorbet last night and sparkling lemonade tonight.
