I had some leftover rice pilaf from the other night and added some breakfast sausage, onions and peppers to it. Cheesy, over-easy egg on top.

Used the last of the batter leftover from yesterday. Husband had 2 eggs OE, I had one, 3 strips ea. of bacon.
