Nacho chips with pineapple salsa.
Hard shell tacos with ground beef. Salsa, shredded cheese.
Probably no dessert because:
The big emphasis today is on St. Patrick's Day dinner tomorrow. Three people coming over. Potluck style, but my girlfriend and I are doing the corned beef, cabbage, carrots, and potatoes. Guests are bringing appetizer and dessert.

on edit: my dessert friend to the rescue! He brought me freshly baked raspberry rugelach! Zaro's, a bakery that is kind of famous around here.

(15,090 posts)Cooked some kale with garlic in olive oil, threw in some Indian spices, added leftover brown rice and black beans.
It occurs to me that I dont often post in this thread because my meals are often just a random assemblage of stuff.

I cooked for Dad tonight he had:

I think this is going to be a daily thing. He is getting increasingly confused, and Sis is now working during the dinner hour. Someone needs to make sure he has a decent dinner. That's me. I don't mind too much, as long as it's not a big dinner project every night. Tonight was pretty easy. The curry simmer sauce came in a jar.
