What's for Dinner, Sun., Mar. 20, 2022

Strawberry-Clemantine Salad with Caramelized Pecans and Red Wine Vinegar Dressing

Baguette with herb (basil, marjoram, parsley) butter.

No dessert. Too lazy tonight. But definitely decaf coffee.

Made Pastitcio. I can't find it at Greek restaurants around here.

The only problem is the quantity. I will freeze enough for a dinner later.

is coconut milk, but it has honey and I don't usually do sweet rather than savory. It's easy, though, and has good reviews on Ree Drummond's site. Rice, steamed broccoli. Starting to feel hungry.

That strawberry-clementine salad sounds wonderful.

Made from 85% lean beef from the little store on day old sale for 2.49 per pound!
FLFC awakened from his slumbers just as they were ready and then rapidly ate a half burger.

Mine was on whole wheat bread (because no buns) with some brown mustard.
I'll have some tossed salad and fruit in a while.

with za'atar. I marinated it for a couple hours in buttermilk and yogurt with garlic and lemon. Alongside I have some potato chunks roasting too. Steamed asparagus. I think I'll juice a lemon over everything.

Used up the last of my noodles, so tonight the leftovers will be on top of rice.

I had not made this in a long time; I do not know why I waited so long to make it.

It's a beef stew with lots of paprika, bell pepper and tomatoes and other neat seasonings.
