3/4 cup water
1 TBSP Sour cream
Juice of 1/2 lemon
pinch of pink salt
nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon
2 drops vanilla
1 egg
1 TBSP cooking oil
1 TBSP corn meal
1 TBSP oat bran
2 tsp baking powder
2/3 to 3/4 cup whole wheat flour

I've made these with a juiced apple instead of a lemon too
