Sausages, bacon, mushrooms, tomato, black pudding, altogether fried in a pan. Baked beans from the can, heated in the microwave. Bread fried in butter.

If you have never eaten butter-fried bread, you haven't truly lived.

It was the usual one after a steak treat night. I sliced up his leftover steak with sliced onion and chopped leftover asparagus and sauteed all of that, with 2 OE eggs and one slice of rye toast with just butter. Would have added sliced baby bellas, but they had sadly gone bad.

I've been drinking water and sipping on sugar free mocha. Just now getting around to a bowl of bite-sized shredded wheat with dried cranberries, sliced almonds, and milk, no sweetener. (I was really bad yesterday, tho, eating two donuts. Big ones. sigh)
