I'm sure this has been done before, but I made yogurt faux...

ice cream foe dessert.

No low carb desserts, so went runmaging around the fridge...

Soup bowl half full of regular yogurt (not Greek or flavored-- read the labels)

A few big spoons of berries I have in a bag in the freezer

A little cold leftover coffee

Fill the rest of the cup with high fiber creal like Cheerios and few nuts lying around. Almond butter is always a good option.

Sweeten with a no sugar pancake syrup-- one that is crap on pancakes, but you won't think about it here.

No amounts or actual recipe, and any additions, deletions, or substitutions are entirely up to you and your doctor
