It's made w/ cauliflower this time. Also: broccoli, onion, bell pepper and breakfast sausage.

Topped w/ a cheesy/over-easy egg.

4. We weren't much in the mood

for much of anything, so we both just had scrambled eggs and wheat toast around 11:30. Husband had already eaten sausage on biscuits much earlier this morning and yogurt even way earlier than that, and it was nearly lunch time.

I try to keep something handy for him to eat when he needs to take ibuprofen in the wee hours of the morning. Used to be hard steamed eggs, but then that meant no eggs for breakfast, so just bought those tiny frozen sausage patties on buttermilk biscuits to tide him over and help the ibuprofen work better.
