2. Burgers

Grilled cheese burgers using cheddar cheese on Kaiser rolls with lettuce, tomato, red onion. Ketchup and mustard, of course plus Klaussen dill pickles. Homemade potato salad to round out the meal. Chocolate ice cream for dessert.

3. Pork sauteed with a mix of vegetables and beets

4. Tacos with fresh lettuce, tomato, guac, grated cheddar, and homemade yogurt in

in place of sour cream. Your dinner sounds delicious. I might get some lamb for next week and marinate it in red wine and garlic then grill it.

I would rate it just okay—could use a lot more seasoning.

8. I love smitten kitchen...I used a recipe she had posted to make a corned beef in the

oven with honey and mustard and some seasoning. It was so so good. She had a banana cake recipe the two of my four kids request every birthday.
