Still sweaty, hot & humid here, so a bottle of cold water and a glass of cold tea. Something with protein and carbs later I think.

1. Black coffee now, sausage and cheese omelette later.

2. Coffee and cream now

Sour cream cake donuts with a banana later.

3. headed out to the gardens

just made a single egg with Swiss cheese and put it on a baguette, which was buttered. Well, olive oil butter.

Big jar of watermelon, pureed in the blender.

Sixty-three here, getting up to mid-eighties.

Mexican rice w/ breakfast sausage added and a cheesy egg on top
