Cranberry, toasted walnut, and feta cheese salad. Used romaine and Simpson lettuce. Made balsamic-honey vinaigrette.
Wesleydale cranberry cheese (white cheddar) and sliced ham on baguette. I toasted the sandwich so the cheese was melted.
Dessert: Trader Joe's Thai bananas, breaded, and a cup of iced decaf.

(10,137 posts)Had some ground beef left over from yesterday's hamburgers, so I'm combining that with some leftover tomato sauce from last week's pizza to make a poor person's pasta bolognese (food is always better when you give it a pretentious - preferably foreign - name). With a green salad on the side.
